General Core Return Policy
We feel we have the most liberal core return policy in the industry. We guarantee at least 50% credit will be issued when you return a complete like core. Every effort will be made to keep core deductions as low as possible. We have a full service on-sight machine shop able to repair the most difficult components, and a large inventory of good used components to keep your cost LOW.
CharNor will bill you for the following instances:
CharNor's business, our ability to serve you, is dependent on receiving complete cores in a timely manner. Our business and our relationship with our customers is based on this premise
General Warranty
CharNor warrants its new or rebuilt parts and components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
CharNor shall have the option of repairing or replacing any parts or components which have been determined defective in materials or workmanship. Determination of cause of failure will be the sole responsibility of CharNor.
Disassembly of the unit will void the warranty.
Reimbursement for authorized labor charges will be limited to 50% of the normal internal labor rate (not to exceed $30.00 per hour) and limited to a maximum of $400. These are the only charges covered by and accepted by CharNor.
This warranty does not extend to damage caused or contributed to by improper installation, misuse, abuse or accident.
CharNor must authorize any warranty claim prior to beginning work.
Used Parts Warranty
CharNor warrants its used parts for a period of ninety (90) days. Warranty is limited to replacement of part. Determination that the part is not usable is the sole responsibility of CharNor.
