                         As with all our products drive units are remanufactured, not rebuilt. They are:

                               * Completely disassembled.

                               * Thoroughly cleaned.

                               * All parts are fully inspected.

                         Here are some other highlights of our process.

                               * All assemblies are thoroughly run tested for proper engagement and quiet operation.

•                                    * All seals, gaskets AND bearings are replaced.
