CharNor Reman engines have just passed another critical test. A quality audit held on April 9th, 2007 found that our engines are built with superior quality. Each engine that was critically inspected in the audit passed all inspections with flying colors!
We are always developing ways to enhance the quality of our engines, while adding value for our customers. Here are some of the additions recently added to our reman engine processes:
Hot run test stand with a closed loop cooling system. Our test stands now closely simulate engine operation in a forklift. Every engine we build must pass critical tests while under a load.
New inspection process for oil leaks. Dye is added to the engine oil for the hot run testing. Engines are inspected under a black light to detect even the smallest of leaks.
