                         As with all our products transmissions are remanufactured, not rebuilt. They are:

                               * Completely disassembled.

                               * Thoroughly cleaned.

                               * All parts are fully inspected.

                         Here are some other highlights of our process.

                               * All assemblies are thoroughly run tested for:

                               * Proper clutch engagement.

                               * Correct pressures are verified.

                               * Leak test is performed.

                               * All units are tested at operating temperature.

                               * All units are tested at several speed intervals.

                               * All seals, bearings, clutch discs and separators, sealing rings and o-rings are replaced.
