​Transmissions Core Policy.

We guarantee a minimum 50% core credit, which will be issued when you return a complete transmission
core that matches your purchased model. Every effort will be made to keep core deductions as low as
possible. We have a full service onsite machine shop to repair damaged components and a large
inventory of quality used parts to keep your cost LOW.  Dealer will be notified within 30 working
days of any deductions.
Deductions in credit up to 50% will occur for the following reasons:
  • Core disassembled
  • Visible holes or cracks
  • Fire damage
  • Unserviceable components
 
Deductions in credit beyond 50% will occur for the following reasons:
  • Missing parts
  • Core is not of the same configuration as the item sold.
  • Cores returned after 60 days will receive a 10% per month deduction
