How can I speak to a Charnor representative?

Are the pictures of the products on the website the same as the product I will receive?

All CharNor product pictures accurately represent specific part numbers shown on product pages rather than general or representative pictures.

How do I find a part?

Built into each product section you can use the search function for part selection by inputting make, model and serial number.

What is a core policy?

When purchasing a remanufactured exchange product, a core deposit is required. The cost savings from reman exchange depends on receiving a core as an exchange. This deposit will be refunded when the core is returned to CharNor. Refund issued upon core return, but exceptions may apply based on product type as the price for a remanufactured product is determined by assuming the exchanged product core is capable of being remanufactured. Refer to core policies for each product type. If there are issues with returned care, CharNor will always attempt to keep reductions in core credit to a minimum.

When will I receive my core credit?

CharNor will issues core credits as soon as possible. Inspection and credit process can take 30-45 days.

Where are the policies for a reman exchange product?

Engine, Axle, Transmission and Drive Unit policies can be found on the specific product page. The core policy tab till detail core policy for that product type.
